Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Perris

BLATANT DISCRIMINATION!!! My son was schedule to be interviewed today, 05/16/24 at 10:40am location at 500 E 4th Street, Perris, CA 92570. He arrived there at 10:25am and informed the person at the front counter he was there for an interview. She went to another female to tell her why he was there, they both were speaking in Spanish to each other then the other female told him the manager was on vacation for 2 weeks and to come back in 2 weeks. This is a complete lie and did not sound believable at all because why would be receive an interview invite immediately after submitting his application online just to be told the interviewing manager is on a 2 week vacation? As soon as they see a African American male applicant walk in the door, they made an immediate judgement and decided to lie to his face instead of giving him a fair chance to interview. Also, there is no way a fast food employee would be given a 2 week vacation, let's be realistic. My son called me immediately as he was leaving there to inform me what they told him so I called the store directly to speak with a manager as was told he name is Iris but she was too busy. Then passed the phone to another employee name Maria who got scared and placed me on hold for over 20 mins before I hung up. This was blatantly a display of discrimination towards another race and they have lied to the wrong person. I thought it was a good idea for him to apply to Jack in the Box as a good start to his life experience as a young man but now he needs to aim for more promising careers instead of being a hamburger helper. Worst customer service ever I ordered food around 9:30. Sarah was the one who took my order every two seconds she kept asking me anything else anything else and I told her just a second I reply. I placed my order and I repeated five times fresh please pull up to the window, Alma was like 21. Something said it was fresh correct right away Alma had attitude was like I don’t know I didn’t take your order and she called Sarah the one who took my order and asked her. It was fresh right both had attitude. I don’t know why shouldn’t be working fast food if you’re gonna have an attitude, if we’re just asking you question told me I didn’t hear you and I told her how did you hear me? I said five times and you kept rushing me to hurry up and order. I just wanna make sure my food fresh they got attitudes told me to pull around to the front I said no I don’t wanna wait because there was no cars behind me and I asked five times nicely fresh please before I pulled up to the window , I’m just gonna refund your money is what Alma said that’s fine. I don’t need the food just give me my money and I told her how do you let your employees be so rude and your manager was like she’s not rude. I’m like she’s literally arguing with me telling me she didn’t hear me. All I wanted was to go order food get fresh food and go home. What so hard about ordering food and going home people these days get jobs that they don’t even like or appreciate. Don’t work in customer service if you have an attitude. My Jack In the HELL experience

I'll never order food from here ever again or any establishment of Jack's! I simply won't trust nor risk my health on a gamble of being Food Poison again. I called health department, I'm dead serious, I was vomiting 🤢 and had severe problems with diarrea. I hate to say disgusting information but truth be told. This can happen to you as well! You got a far better chance of going to the store. Buy organic hamburger ground beef, lettuce and fresh queso, pack of corn tortillas, 1 bottle vegetable oil and fry the tortillas at home on a skillet without getting sick!!
