i Leoni — Local services in Petaluma

I too am having the same experience as the user above me. I was in the market for a Nespresso maker for my girlfriend for Christmas. While i was there I asked several times about the return policy if she didn't want it or it wasn't the one she wanted. The store owner and 2 other ladies said i could return the product for a refund as long as i had the receipt. Well they talked me out of the machine i really wanted, saying the one i wanted was in inferior product (which was a more expensive Nespresso machine) and i bought the product. Christmas came (2012) and it wasn't the one my GF wanted so we went to go return it and they said no returns, only in store credit. Um, NO. this was an expensive machine and we don't want it. If i would have known that i would have purchased it at a more reputable place like Sur la Table in Santa Rosa where you can return items! I'm still fighting this with the store owners for my money back. I'd stay away at all costs for any item worth more then $5. I tried to do a good thing and buy local from an independent shop, but with service like this i plan to never go back, and i plan to spread the word to EVERYONE I know. STAY AWAY! Avoid this place like the plague.

I really try to support local stores and that's why I chose to purchase a gift for my wife here. Sadly, the service I received both when I purchased the gift and later when I had to return it was very lacking. Even though the gift was of modest cost they only offered store credit for the return. Regrettably, I will spend the extra time and drive down to Crate & Barrel...

Beautiful store! Needed to get my daughter-in-law a birthday present but all she wanted was a salt and pepper mill set. A very nice employee helped us and we found the perfect one. I am sure she will be delighted and I will most likely visit that store again. Right in downtown Petaluma with nice ambiance and helpful employees. Would highly recommend when you need...
