Starbucks — Restaurant in Petaluma

On April 12th at about 9:40 am, a very short Asian looking girl with dark hair and highlights in gave me such a nasty attitude when serving my coffee. Is this what is to be expected from ordering coffee at the Starbucks location in Target? Starting your customers’ day off in the morning when they come up to you with a positive attitude will get her so much further in life. Firstly, she messed up my order and proceeded to serve me attitude instead of the correct drink. She was very unhappy redo my order when HER JOB (that she somehow got hired for) is to complete that very task. I reminded her, I was being helpful, on how to make my drink in case she’s confused on the process and she was very, clearly dismissive. She then placed my drink on the counter without announcing it was done. I had to come up to the counter and ask her if the prepared drink was mine and she answered with a very impolite undertone as if I asked her do to more than just make a drink which, requires minimal effort. What is the point of hiring employees who act as if they are being forced to work, disrespect customers and make us feel as if we are asking them to do us a favor? I refuse to pay or even shop at this Starbucks in Target location due to the consistent hiring of nonchalant teenagers with...

This Starbucks became the worst Starbucks in Petaluma. Feb 11 at 10:15 a.m, this girl with glasses was ok but her partner, a girl with brown curly hair and very round face, decided to showcase her attitude; no smile, no friendliness. She didn't like the fact that I asked for brown sugar instead of white. She put packets of sugar on the counter, I asked her politely to substitute it with brown, she then grabs them and throws them with anger away in the garbage. I understand that the female employee was working alone, but she displayed a rude attitude with irritated speech towards customers, changed my ordered beverage without consent, and handed it over dismissively. Furthermore, the taste was really poor. Regardless of what I buy at the Target store. I won't be visiting this Starbucks branch again. It's a waste of...
