Buffalo Wild Wings is always a solid choice. We stopped in to get some wings, beer, and watch the Oakland A's crush the Detroit Tigers. They were working with an understandable limited menu. Didn't matter because then stuff that wasn't being served wasn't on our radar. We ordered small fries, small onion rings, 20 traditional wings and we both had a few big IPAs. We went with 3 flavors, Asian Zing, Spicy Garlic, and traditional Hot. Everything was cooked well and served hot and fresh. The three sauces were very tasty and the wings came with celery, carrots, and both blues cheese and ranch dressing on the side. It also looked as if there were limited taps but seemed as if they still had a good variety available. Our server was the bartender and he was great! Very attentive and brought our food quickly and had fresh beers every time we got low. The only drawback is that they don't offer the trivia boxes because of COVID. It's somewhat understandable but a year into it now, we should be able to get the boxes with a quick wipe of sanitizer from the server. It wouldn't take very long to do for each box and sure wouldn't add anything to the bottom line as I'm sure they have some kind of sanitizer on hand already. Again, this is a great spot and I do encourage you to go. There weren't many people when I was there and I'm sure not only could the restaurant use your business but so could the servers and bartenders. Go... Enjoy... and tip well... First time eating here, service was okay. We arrived about 430pm, not too busy, by the time we left about 545pm it was pretty busy.We ordered the traditional and boneless combo with boneless Caribbean jerk and traditional wings in Thai curry. It took about 30 mins to get the order on the table and when it finally came it was mediocre. There was a very small amount of coleslaw and fries. It's obvious this combo is made for one person, my husband and I decided to share it. It was $18.99, which in my opinion is a little steep for the amount of food that was on the plate but there is essentially enough food in this combo for one person to enjoy. Price point is still high if that's the case. The Caribbean jerk flavor was not as good. It had this distinct, hard to explain taste to it, perhaps it was one of the spices used? Thai curry is pretty spicy but has a really good flavor that I continued to crave after we left. That's the only reason I gave this 3 stars, not sure if this is enough to bring us back here.

My first time to BWW in Pataluma. Don't think I will return. Came in on a Sunday around 1pm sat at the tables in the bar. Luckily the bartender waited on us! His service was great, he was friendly and helpful. Now the other server he was horrible. We couldn't help notice there was only 2 other table that came after us. They waited long periods of time while their waiter walked around, hung out at a table sitting down and did nothing. It was apparent he didn't want to be there. You could see the bartender wanted to help but the waiter would say no I got it. Floors were dirty and so was the bathroom. The Manger of this place needs to make some observations of their staff. Food was ok we recieved an additional order of wings cause they over season the o Lemon pepper, we didn't even ask they informed us, that was nice. Main projector is dim.

Horrible service. We've been to several BWW in Houston and never experienced the poor service that we consistently get at the Petaluma location. Today was our last attempt and we didn't even get the chance to eat. The previous 2 times, the service was rude and slow but we attributed that to the serving staff just having a bad day. After what happened today, we are sure the problem is the actual culture at this location. Too bad, since they have good wings but not good enough to make up for the horrible service.

We arrived at 3:40 and stood at the front for over 10 minutes without any staff to come and acknowledge us. There were only 2 tables being served with a total of 4 people, one 5 feet from where we were standing. The server came up to them to get their order as we stood there 5 feet away and she didn't say a word to us as she walked over to the To-go counter where 2 other people (who walked in after us) stood to put in (not pick up) their order. She got their order and walked away. Still, not a word to us. There was someone working the bar area who walked over to the kitchen and that person didn't say a word to us at all either. I decided to look for the server and ask to be seated and met her towards the middle of the dining room. When I asked if we could be seated, she asked (with attitude) "oh, did you want to be seated?". I had to walk away at that point and just say "no, we don't want to be here anymore". Never again.

Edit after 2 years. I filled out the form as instructed after I left this review. You'd think someone would contact...

We just ordered from here and took it home. We ordered (2)10 boneless wings and fries, one was supposed to be jammin jalapeño and the other asian zing with ranch, blue cheese, carrots and celery, 2 fried pickle with southwest ranch, large hot cauliflower wings with ranch, 20 mild wings with ranch and 15 plain wings with ranch accompanied with carrots and celery. When I first got there y'all brought out my order and there was only 3 small boxes in the bag. Then you guys came back with 2 bags I was looking through checking to make sure everything was good and it seemed to be there. I asked for a couple extra things of ranch and blue cheese,, and I'm glad I did. When we got home we found out that one of our wings and fries has 5 blazin and 5 Cajun instead of 10 jammin jalapeño. Those blazin wings are deadly btw. We ended up settling because it was too late and they were closing and the family was hungry. There were only 2 things of carrots, no southwest dressing and only 5 ranches and 4 blue cheese in total. Lets just say It wasn't the best meal we've had from BWW. I myself had never been to this location but one of my people suggested it and I think it was not worth what I paid at all. I'm not leaving a 1 star because BWW hasn't let me down in the past until now. I guess my advice is that you should thoroughly check and make sure that everything is there and not to order at 8 when they close...
