Washington Square — Local services in Petaluma

Really horrible experience with the security guards. They need to be more talkative.

I have no idea if the do this on purpose, but they were super rude and one of them(a african american) lied to their coworkers. We were on the back smoking but when he came the first time he didn't say anything and the second time he said to park somewhere else that we had 30 minutes but we leave right away and we went to park to the store to go buy something but he came back saying he told us to leave the plaza and that he weren't allow to be there, which was a lie. He called his coworkers and sadly we got kicked out of the south plaza for what I believe is a year and he was threatened us to do it for two years if we didn't signed a paper so we just told them to let us go when there friends did let us go, but they said the only place on the south plaza allow was the gas station. We told them we were regular clients on the plaza and that we come there every two week to buy groceries and gas but he did believe us. I think he did this on purpose because he( the african american guy) was happy the whole time. I have no idea why he was like this.

I will try to look for the photo but he is the only black guy working there as a security guard so i don't think I need one. This was probably a year ago I didn't put a review but I feel as if he would had speak more to us maybe this would had never happened.

This shopping center has gone through many changes over the years. At one time it was great, but it fell apart years ago. It has been on an upward trend now for the last few years.

A big new Safeway is the anchor store and it's a great one. Their old site, in the same center, has been abandoned vacant for years.

There is a Sees candy, coffee shop, Round Table, Staples, Hawaii BBQ, A couple Banks, Hallmark, Comcast, Pet Express, a jewelry store, Noah's Bagel, Panda Express, a vet, a salon, a Chinese restaurant, and a few other businesses. If your looking for any of those, it's okay with great parking.

It's not a "fun" center and it doesn't have a heart beat, as in bygone days, but I frequently use the great...

I was at Xfinity returning some equipment that we didn't need. I had an appointment at 11:15, we were 5 minutes early even after our walk from Staples which had an available parking space. There are wheelchair accessible parking spaces available as well as wheelchair accessible entry and this Xfinity store is wheelchair friendly. Plan on a wait as having an appointment does not make you a priority for this establishment. After the 45 minute wait we were rushed through our time and only learned that our bill did not match their records, nice! Before we turned to leave, the representative we were talking to asked us to please help him out with a good review by calling such and such phone number....
