Unfortunately, the support staff is horrible. On more than one occasion, they have given me wrong information, and they have refused to work with me on a number of issues. They won't go to the internet to download forms. They won't use email to receive forms, even if they're blank and devoid of patient information. There IS a way that they will accept information, but I had to discover that on my own. Also they've failed to return messages a number of times.

In addition to never answering their phone, they refuse to full out physicals that don't require you to be seen again if you've been seen in the past year unless you see them again, even if you've been seen in the past 6 months.

AND if you're late to Ann appointment they just won't see you... But they have no problem...
