I went to buy an engagement ring with no idea what I was looking for, but Chris took me through everything step by step. He helped me sort through the different cuts then showed me the different carats and clarities as well as showing me what each would look like in different ring settings. Once we picked a diamond, he even helped me create a band exactly the way I wanted it so it really felt like I was building the ring from scratch. This was all a personal touch on the experience that you would never get at a chain store. Chris felt like a friend throughout the process because he’s easy to have a conversation with, but very straight with you which made me feel confident in my final choice and made the process of popping the question that much smoother. I cannot recommend Chris enough to anyone looking to get engaged and I’ve already recommended him to both friends and family who are reaching that point.

Monti Jewelers did such a fantastic job resetting a family ring that was passed down to me! They really listened to exactly what I wanted and were able to reuse the gold in addition to bringing new life to the stone. I tried to work with other jewelers in the area who either quoted me 3x the price, or were not communicative at all and took months to get back to me, so working with Chris and his team was such a relief.
