Panera Bread — Restaurant in Peters Township

This Panera location has deteriorated badly in the last 8 to 12 months. Management here is very lacking. This location is constantly out of products despite never being very busy. And they are always blaming the delivery service. Why is it that this is the only Panera location in the area that has this problem? Go to Bridegeville, the galleria or even washington and you never see these problems. How bad do you have to be to be worse that WASHINGTON????

And i am tired of walking in and seeing the supposed manager sitting around laughing and BSing with other employees and customers. This guy needs to shut up and run this location better. Train your employees, clean your restaurant and most of all provide the food and drinks that are on your menu!

My guess is this manager does not order products on time or he does not plan properly becasue he is too busy talking to everyone.

And it shows. Walk into the Galleria location at noon and its packed all the time. And they are never out of food or drinks. McMurray is empty. And it used to be packed before this iteration of management took over.

I like Panera and I like that there is one so close to where I live. But my prediction is that if this continues this location will go out of business within...

I love Panera's food, but I will not go back to the McMurray location again. I gave them one last chance today and they failed again. The first incident was at the end of January, I used the rapid pick up. I picked up my food, drove home and discovered that they had forgotten my son's bagel. I called right away and let them know, they apologized and said they would make a note on my account to get the bagel next time I was in. My second incident was in the beginning of February, I again used the rapid pick up, this time I checked my food before leaving and noticed that they had forgotten to put chicken on my salad. I told them my chicken was missing and they put the chicken on my salad. Today, my co-worker suggested we get Panera delivered. I agreed thinking this time they would get it right. Unfortunately, they forgot my apple and her baguette. We called the store to let them know the items were missing, they said they would send the driver back with our items. The driver never came back. They also never put a credit for the missing bagel on my account. I gave them 3 chances and have decided not to go back again. I haven’t experienced such a warm welcoming upbeat happy fun loving atmosphere in a cafe of this style anywhere else as a customer since I was in Newport Beach California Kudos to the Baker the quality of the food is just like then tv ads and menu boards advertise it to be there are very few places that have such a skilled employee who can get the product to look as it does in the marketing videos billboards and menu boards yet this cafe is full of them from the workers on the line plating the food or packing it to go and the person making the in house products .
