First experience after reading positive reviews. Phoned in a takeout order. Maybe gratuities not frequent, but paid with credit card & included 20%. Not sure if appreciated....Inexperience, probably. Order ready at time offered. Italian hoagie average. Opened pizza box to find a dazed, but still crawling, fly on the pizza. Probably a fluke, but killed the appetite. Tossed the pizza. Response from employee apologetic, but not "I'll let my manager know & we'll try to earn your return business". Inexperience, I get it. Just reporting my experience. Probably won't get a repeat order. Tough times for all....

Delivery driver brought me the food and handed me the check, so I handed him $30 expecting a question of how much change I wanted. (The bill was like $21). I shrugged it off and figured oh well, that's a nice tip. The next day my friend asked me for my half of the bill and I realized we paid twice. I called Ollie's to explain the mistake, and they all but called me a liar, and literally called the police when I showed up at the store to get a refund. Obviously, no one I know will ever eat...

We also never received any type of order from you, because we told you we didnāt deliver to you and you got wound up. So realistically your order could have been 5 or 500 but we would have no clue, you just started throwing that number around after you were told no. You also called back to threaten us again, we hope you have the day you deserve. Stay blessed!! Love the ladies...
