I’m a new client to the shop and I was experiencing some difficulties finding someone that I could trust with my hair care needs. I’m very satisfied with all my hair services that were completed. Ive been twice it was done perfectly both times. First, it was quick weave that I must say was FLAWLESSLY DONE!!!!The second time, I got the frontal with bundle sew in. IMPECCABLY DONE!!. The hair stylists take their time with each and every client that comes through the door They are very professional and precise when it comes to doing what they do best. The experience was nice, but the charges were absurd. It always pays to ask questions before being serviced at someone’s salon. I got my hair washed and condition and flat ironed. Also my hair is 3C and about mid back length and my total came to $185. This was unsettling and I honestly couldn’t fathom any words. I just paid and left. I felt Robbed to be honest. I’m a big supporter of Black owned businesses, but to be fair this is probably why I will continue to either do my own hair or go to a Dominican hair salon and get a simple blowout. I can’t say that any of the products used were luxurious and to be fair the process was not a silk press. The process was a simple heat protection spray and a flat iron. I learned about this awesome salon from a Facebook friend who had posted about their awesomeness and I was in search of a salon that was positive, atmosphere positive, and excellent customer service and also practiced healthy hair and was awesome at their profession....let me tell you from booking my appointment until I set in the chair everything was and still superb. I went first and then my sister and I told her. .Sis you are going to love this mother and daughter duo and they are professional, explained my hair process and what I needed to keep me on track and healthy, and when I was done my fiancé said, WOW ....YOU LOOK AMAZING!!
