I went there to check to see if my phone had water damage and when I got back they had fixed my entire phone which I didn’t want. I could get past that, but when they fixed my phone, my home button started acting stiff and wouldn’t move and also my top speaker stopped working and now I can only hear people on speaker phone. I took it back and they told me after replacing my screen three times that there was nothing that they could do. I wish they would’ve at least offered to give me some of my money back or tried harder to fix it. I just want to give thanks and praise to the Petersburg Geeks. They are simply amazing fast and concise when working on your device. I needed a screen repair after damaging my screen. Within an hour my screen was fixed. The glory of this review is my phone would not take a charge when I got home. I called back before they closed for that day. They asked if I could bring the device back the next day. They fixed my charging port without asking any other questions. Simply stated they provided excellent customer service. They weren't able to replicate the behavior I was seeing with my computer but they TRIED SO MUCH. They kept at it for 2 days. Eliminated the tower itself as the issue. After all was said and done, it's looking like it was simply a loose power cord! Didn't charge me since they didn't actually fix anything.
