Went in for some Crab Kickers. Plus Two other meals. The guy told me that THEY DIDN’T HAVE ANYMORE. We were like ok. He told me what he had left. So we ordered Shrimp kickers and Mussels. While we waited for our food. We noticed three people come in and get their orders. For the crab kickers. He Explained to us, those were call in orders. We were like ok, cool. A few more minutes Go by. Then a lady comes in and orders, guess what. YUEP. Crab kickers.. No call in. NOTHING. And she said. I’m a REGULAR! They know I come Everyday!! And Right behind her, a young kid orders the same thing. I confronted the guy and said, I thought y’all were out of kickers. He had a BLANK REACTION. I asked for a Refund immediately! We were paying customers also. No offense to Anyone, Our Food came up to almost $120.00 CASH. No Stamps. Why lie to your customers? Bad look on this establishment, especially all the good things people said...

This was my first time visiting global seafood and I was skeptical because I’m particular about my seafood and I’m new to the area. The location was clean, had no fishy smells and the person at the counter seemed friendly and accommodating. I ordered 4 pounds of lake trout to fry at home. The fish was good, meaty and cleaned well. I had only one qualm. Although, they were tasty the crab legs I ordered were $23.99 per pound and were weighed frozen with ice chunks on them. The place I normally visit will rinse the ice off of them so that you actually get the correct poundage. I paid almost $40 for 3 crab clusters, something I will never do again.
