This company displays discriminatory practices. I came in to purchase myself a rifle. I inquired on specifics of the firearm and pricing so I could consult with my husband on choosing the proper features as well as ensure fair pricing. The store Clerk acted bizarre and said he wouldn’t sell me a gun because he “thought” my purchase was for my husband. I professed it was my gun. They allowed me to pay for it but wouldn’t let me leave with it and required my husband to come back to the store and be the official purchaser. They allowed him to finalize the purchase the next day with no questions asked. It is concerning that a person with no common sense or logic works in firearm sales. This store violated their own policy (not federal law) by selling my husband a firearm I repeatedly told them was mine and appears to not like to sell...

It's more and more difficult to spend money here every time I walk through their doors. Received a gift from an in-law that was purchase here several days before. Wanted to exchange it for the correct size and was told they will only credit for the value at which the item was sold for in the last 60 days, which ended up being half the value. No sale or promo on the item, which made it feel as if they lied to my face, and this is the second time they've pulled this nonsense. Dunham's is no longer the on the list of local places to buy outdoor gear. Disappointing given the fact they can see, through their rewards program, how much I've spent with them...

The store was packed with holiday gift stuff out the wa-zoo. As usual finding someone to help is another way of getting you to find something you had no idea that you absolutely needed it until that very moment, while you were looking for assistance. Very cagey and it works. Store has been totally reorganized over the past few years to make room for more “STUFF”. When you get someone you will find them to be very laid back. Don’t push.
