I had a really good experience here. I'm pretty new to cooking; just about 3 years under my belt of analog chefing. A young woman named Jaimie was a great help. She also pointed out to me that you don't have to buy all the bottles at once to get the 12fth one free. It's like a punch card, where as you purchase bottles over time, they keep count and once you've totalled 11, you get a free medium sized bottle. Not bad. Thanks Jaime. And thanks fustini
UPDATE: When I was in Fustini's, their representative, Jamie, was telling me all sorts of stuff. I've had a day to look up her ramblings and it turns out there's tons of health benefits from using very fresh olive oil, and according to the dates on the bottles I purchased, these oils are SUPER FRESH! I guess the fustis (polished metal containers) keep the oil very fresh and prevent oxidation. Look, you should ask Jaime about the specifics. I'm just a knuckle head on the internet, but good oil is a big thing, alright....
