For such a well customer there and almost at red status in 3 months, and spending so much money there I would think the quality of customer service would be better. It's crazy to think that only in the chickfila do I have such constant issues, especially when getting the order right the first time. First time resolution usually never happens either. And today I have to repeat my order and absurd amount of times over 5 times for them to get it right, which at the end they still didn't. Have to drive back from home and only to be promised a "meal" I spend a lot of money on here and only to get a sandwich and fries back? That's not a meal to me, and they didn't feel the need to compensate for a full meal. And that would be find to me if they will make a expectation of service, which they didn't, I expected a compensation of a meal, and got half a meal, and only to find out at the end "ohh that's going to be it". Then why ask what I usually get? If they're not going to deliver what I usually order? And if they're not going to deliver they should set a clear expectation of what they're going to deliver.
This chickfila buyer beware always check your orders no matter how many times you repeat yourself, if you're a high paying customer don't expect to get compensated equally and fairly. Because usually what they say is " I'll get you another meal for free" and I even said "are you sure? Cause my meal's are expensive" then you hear a "yes" I pay 15$ for a meal and they say it's going to be "another meal on us" and their meal is 6$? wow... Have a little better value for your good...
Read moreI usually always come to this cfa but for some reason their customer service and cleanliness has been declining. I ordered a cookie and when I started to eat the cookie it started falling apart in my hands. I looked inside and it was still raw, I’m never one to complain but I informed the team member of the issue. He just looked at me and said well does it not taste good? Me confused I answered I mean it’s raw why would I want to eat a raw cookie. He went to inform the team leader in the drive thru, she did not come to assist me but sent the team member back just letting me know that since they are very busy that there was a wait on cookies and those had just come out. I was not offered a new edible cookie or refund. I just threw the cookie away and as I was leaving the team leader had the audacity to shout to the team member at the cashier, “I can give her a cold cookie if that’s what she wants”. Like the level of unprofessional is insane. Cfa has standards and the fact they aren’t fulfilling those needs to their customers is ridiculous. Instead they are just laughing behind the counter, only focusing on drive thru and not providing quality food for which we pay for. Also there seemed to be no dining staff attending to clean the restaurant. Went to the restroom and both toilets clogged and dirty with paper all over the floor and trash cans over flowing of paper. Read moreSo my husband last minute requests to get chick fil a; we get to the location around 10:45 and ordered our food; We were actually going to go through drive thru but decided to make my order curbside; so obviously I just parked anywhere since their store was about to close. This middle twenty five aged worker from the store had the audacity to ask why I parked all the way in the middle of the curbside parking lot when their was no cars and the parking lot to curbside was empty…I was taken back immediately and just said “i don’t know,”as he was handing me my order he kept on telling me “ yeah the parking lot to curbside is empty I don’t know why you would park over here.” If you don’t want to walk/ work why even bother working at a place that requires movement! Sorry I parked where I parked but it’s not for an employee to blurt stuff out like that! Especially if it’s customers like us that keep the money coming in so that you can collect your check! Out of my 6 years of being a loyal chick fil a customer/ signature member have I ever been treated like that!! Never will I come to this location although it is the closest one to my house; I rather drive the extra mile and get treated better elsewhere than come here...
