Stopped by for the promotional free bracelet with the purchase of two charms. I was also there to pick up another bracelet that was being cleaned. Handed the employee my receipt for the bracelet i was picking up and while I waited for her to get my other bracelet I asked what bracelets were part of the promotion. She stated they were in the corner and walked away. I went to look and when I was ready to tell her she did not move from the front counter. I was not aware that someone was to write down on a piece of paper the items you wanted and then take it to the front where the cashiers then get them for you. Seeing as though there is a variety of charms it’s hard to tell the employees which charm you want from the front counter. I thought since she approached me and asked if I needed help, she was going to be the one to help me and that was not the case. She called us up to the desk, but immediately ignored us. She was distracted by a young lady who came in to sell crocheted items, she left us standing there until she was ready to assists us, then seemed irritated with us and rushed us to make decisions. We picked up the bracelet a couple of days later, I was not able to catch the associates name, but she was very rude as well. She gave my daughter her bracelet in a plastic zip bag and was annoyed when I asked for bag and box. She asked , asked"do you want tissue too??"
