Jill is hands down the BEST BLOWOUT in PHILLY. I have tape in extensions & come to see her weekly - I swear my routine with her makes my extensions last long, my washes last longer & my hair just basically has a life cycle that means less heat, products etc at home. My blowouts literally look like they’re for glamour or vogue & it’s strictly because she is the blow out queen. I tell everyone I know to come here for blowouts period however if you don’t usually do blowouts & you have a special event loading or something THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO SCHEDULE HER FOR HAIR BC SHE IS THAAAAAT GIRLLLL. I have tried this nail salon at 6x and will not be returning. On my last visit I went in for a pedicure and dip manicure. I already had dip on and the technician used a tool to pull it off and broke 2 of my nails. Before she was finished I was asked to pay because the cashier was leaving. No I did not go into my purse with unfinished nails! When she was finished she charged me $5 more saying bc I got a manicure! They try to push gel pedicures so they use cheap nail polish that doesn’t last long at all instead of name brands.
