I go here almost every two weeks to get my nails done by DeeDee who is the best! Never have a problem there. So today I decided to go and get my hair cut. After Nina washed my hair she asked if I wanted anyone in particular to cut my hair. I said it didn’t matter. Mind you one guy is sitting at the nail station and looked at me, started yawning and goes you want me?? I was in complete shock as to how he was acting because he was tired! This is a place of business and I thought that they would be happy to try and please the customers. Needless to say, I told him if he was too tired I wanted someone else. The next man up asked how much I wanted cut off. I told him an inch and even showed him how much I wanted cut off. Well, when he was done, he cut off maybe two! I was so disgusted and disappointed with the way my hair came out! Then he had the audacity to get an attitude with me when I asked how much I owed! Totally got nasty and started yelling at me in front of my 11yo daughter saying that the prices don’t change for customer to customer. All I asked was the price! I had forgotten that fast how much the owner had told me before I even got started!! The manner of professional from the men in there is horrible!! I never have a problem when it comes to my nails! To make matters worse, when I asked for my money back bc I was unhappy, he told me he was going to call the cops!! I was so embarrassed and couldn’t get out of there fast enough. And the best part was when they started talking about me in their language. I strongly suggest not to get your hair done by any of their rude, ignorant asses! They do not even put any finishing products in your hair and cop an attitude when you ask for some!! Never again will I waste my money in this establishment. I really wish that DeeDee can do my nails somewhere else so that my money can all go to her. The ladies definitely deserve praise. They do not even deserve a one star rating after the experience...

I’m still going to give some stars out respect. I love Tee, I love Addison. I’ve been coming here since I was young with my mother. & still at 28 years old come faithfully.We’ve been coming here so long, that my mom used to follow Andy - the owners brother at a different salon prior to this. I always tip very well. I’ve worked off tips myself for 7 years now. So I get the living off tips part.

Normally I would come for a specific person, but she’s not available on Tuesdays. & Unfortunately Tuesday was the only free day I had. I’m 36 and half weeks pregnant and due to have my baby any day. I’m so sorry I didn’t try and make other arrangements and try harder to find a different time to come. Being over nine months pregnant, with swollen legs & swollen feet i was really looking forward to a pedicure & trying to fit in a little self care before my baby is born.

This has to be the worse pedicure I ever received. It was so fast & definitely not worth the money. Felt like it was over within a blink of an eye. I could have done a better job myself, if I could currently reach! She was just getting started, and there was a gentleman that walked in and was asking for a massage, she told him in a couple minutes. I kept thinking why would she tell him a couple minutes, if she just only got started on my pedicure, and had still had to do my waxing?

My eyebrows hardly looked like they were waxed. In mid wax she felt the need to leave the room for a second, to make sure the middle aged man was still there. I guess she really wanted to give the middle aged man a massage 🤷‍♀️

While my toes were drying, several people were still coming in for manicures, pedicures, & hair. So it’s not like they were about to close. Again, I always tip well when I come here. So thats not the issue.

I went in to the nail salons a Friday it was fully packed so I sat down and waited. The owner asked me what I would like to get done and I said a manicure and a pedicure he said OK another young lady and her child walked in behind me she signed in and she asks him ( the owner) how long is it going to be so he says not long afterward she takes her daughter to the back to pick out nail polish and a few minutes later they come back. one of the workers walked over to the lady and tells her to come to the back so her and her daughter proceeds to follow the work to the back . Now at this point I’m confused because I’ve been waiting and I’m supposed to be next so I asked the owner did they have an appointment he says no I said why I’m confused because I was next in line and it’s not fair that they went so you know what he says to me oh well they’re getting something else done so that’s why she took them absolutely not that is not fair that’s not the way things are supposed to go and again I stress that I am not new to this place but even if I was new to this place that still would not be acceptable !! He proceeded to try to fast-track me over and over again so you know what I did I got up and I told him that he would no longer receive any more money from me and I left I’m writing this because I truly felt some type away about that because that was very...
