Artistry Nail Studio — Local services in Philadelphia

2nd time attempting to go; I will not be returning.

Context: My first time coming to Artistry was a couple of weeks ago- I was told they really preferred to have appointments prior to a visit. No problem- made one and got my nails done (they looked really nice).

Fast-forward to Wednesday, 10/9/2024 made an appointment for Saturday, 10/12/2024 @ 12pm. I come slightly prior to 12 and I am told the appointment was made for 11am (this is false- I even repeated the appt time via the phone when booked). So, the nail tech assured me that I can come tomorrow (Sunday, 10/13/2024) at 9am- takes my number, writes the appointment down- but never informed me that Sundays they are closed...

I come on Sunday- and no one is there (I even called the studio to make sure I did everything I was supposed to do).

What I do not appreciate the most is lack and communication and foolish games- especially when I am offering to pay for a service. I detest wasting my time (especially on the weekends); in addition to this, I have a work-related presentation in a couple days and just wanted to have my nails done before then. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK-NOR RECOMMENDING MY FAMILY & FRIENDS to go here- they really wouldn't appreciate this type of bullshit- I refused to attach my...

The nail techs were nice but the quality of the set I got done was so bad and definitely did not look like a professionals work. I felt rushed and I’m pretty sure the tech didn’t even allow my nails to dry/cure all the way because they were bending in half by the time I got home. I always get a dip powder full set and this has never happened...
