I’ve come here for years and it’s been really hard to find time to even get to the nail salon with my work week commute and parenting weekend schedules. So when I do have time to go, I expect to not have to worry about anything and just be in and out. I went for a gel mani and regular pedi for my birthday and the regular pedi took longer than expected so I didn’t have time for a mani, which is what I really wanted. The color between the two nails was different since it wasn’t mixed or shaken properly until halfway. But I didn’t have time anymore to get it redone again so now I have two different color toes. I also felt like I was being rushed out while drying. The lady convinced me it was dry enough but I didn’t want to stop drying since I’m wearing socks and boots. She finally gave me some quick dry serum. Not a good experience and very frustrated I wasted the little time I already have. Update: after 2 hours of just sitting and minimal walking my pedicure is already destroyed. I told the lady that it was too soon to put on socks and shoes. And she insisted I leave. What a complete waste of money.

Update-Will not be back. How they handled complaint was poorly. The usual person who did my nails ended up swapping out since they had to leave starting my pedicure. The girl who took over was not only rushing but acting like she didn't want to be bothered. She streaked my polish then had the audacity to ask me was it good. I told her no and she had to redo all the polish again. I spent over 2 hours in salon. I arrived early. They allowed people who were late for their appts to still be seen pushing other peoples times back. They were supposed to close around 730 so I was one of the last one in there. They were rushing. I was tired by time got out of there especially having gone right after work. I noticed next day in lighting the polish still didn't look good. Made arrangements to come back to fix but then plans changed so asked for discount the next time come back for pedicure. First they agreed then messaged me they couldn't give discount after sent pics of issues. 50 bucks and still tipped. Lied about fixing complaint. So they no longer have a customer. Horrible customer service.

Edit: I have been coming here for a year now and today was the last straw. I feel the quality of the services has gone down a lot, rushed or even careless. I was cut with the drill (usually happens here) during gel pedi but when I came home, my whole sock and toe was covered in blood. I wont be returning but I would 100% if the team cared for their clients. Original Review: I think I found my new spot! Called this place last minute and they were able to fit me in, got a gel pedi and acrylic refill. The staff are polite, not overly friendly but thats fine! I was serviced by Ella and Laura and they did an excellent job- I will be back soon.

FIND ANOTHER NAIL SALON!!! I took my Mother here for a gel mani and pedi for her birthday yesterday. Laura, the technician was extremely rude upon arrival, rushing us to pick a color. When my Mom ( who is recovering from a serious surgery) went to get her pedicure her technician was rough with her legs and feet. My Mom exclaimed “ouch! That hurts” several times and they never even apologized. Laura barely scrubbed my feet. When I asked if she could please use soap and actually scrub, she began to get indignant. When it was time to get my nails refilled Laura once again shouted for me to pick a color. She wouldn’t begin my nails until I picked a color. I finally said “just start the nails, you don’t need ti know a color to begin my nails, I’m still deciding.” She begin getting loud and speaking another language to which made us very uncomfortable. I noticed she barely slapped any polish on some nails, why putting too many globs of polish on other nails. She filed one hand but not the other the nails were uneven. To top it off my refill and gel pedicure cost me $130 plus the cost of my Mom’s services. So $200 total for horrible attitude and terrible quality of nails. When I went to pay she (Laura) surly said I couldn’t have an Itemized copy or the receipt. When I went to pull ones out of my purse for a tip she got even closer to me as if to assess how much cash I had. I REALLY didn’t want to tip, but I knew they treated my Mother and I that way because they assumed we wouldn’t tip. So I did it off principal. I gave them the cash and they barely uttered thank you. When we left, my Mom was so upset at how they spoke to us. Like we were peasants. Looking at our nails today, we realized… there is no shine or luster, the nails are dull. Such a complete waste of...

So i went to this nail salon once in may may16th and usually at a nail salon you pay before or after you dry. While i was drying one of the ladies comes over and asks if im paying i say yes and she stands there and says i have to pay then and before i can even respond she’s grabbing my phone(i have a phone wallet)and shes trying to grab my credit card out and i was paying with cash so i grabbed it back from her and paid with cash and never went back until this sunday. (Also noticed that they did not do this to any other girls).Very Unfortunately my usual nail salon wasn’t open). This time i did not have cash. The lady did the same thing again where she was grabbing my phone trying to get my card i got my phone back and did give her my card to go swipe it and was not paying attention. She had it for awhile (obviously stealing my card info)and she also bought the chip reader over so i could put my pin in(obviously watching my pin). She created a virtual card with my info and wiped thousands of dollars out of my account right after i left(she kept using card until it declined which i didnt find out until i tried to pay at a restaurant and it declined). This was confirmed by my bank .How do you act like im not going to pay twice because im black most likely (also how do you have a nail salon in a urban area and act racist)AND THEN STEAL MY MONEY. never going back and wouldn’t suggest anyone go unless you want your...
