My son moved to the area and purchased several arrangements for different occassions, over the course of 2-years from this shop. Each and every time, it ended up being the same experience: all arrangements were identical with no creativity/variation, rose petals were mature, browning and ready to crumble, carnation petals were browning and moldy, overabundance of filler flowers - i.e. purple statis was in each and every arrangement (they couldn't go wrong with this one, it's already dried), pink hypericum and alstroemeria (moldy).

I did have the ability to return to the shop to express my concerns, and let's just say, my customer service experience was worse than the decaying flowers. There are so many other lovely floral shops and shop-keepers in the area to choose from (for example, 729 S. 4th Street, Rittenhouse Sq farmer's market on Saturdays and Headhouse Square farmer's market on Sundays) that will afford you beautiful blooms. Also know, there are courteous & professional shop keepers out there who are eager to earn your valued business and grateful for having done so.

Denise was an absolute dream to work with for my family's big day! She scheduled time to meet with us one-on-one far in advance of the wedding to understand the bride's vision for the center pieces, the bouquets, as well as the logistics of designing for a church ceremony and large reception. She gave us a proposal that was organized, within our budget, and was more than willing to work with us on any additional requests we had to make the day perfect! Leading up to the wedding, Denise kept in regular contact and made herself available for any questions we had, and worked directly with the reception venue for her team's installation plan. On the day of the wedding, delivery was on time, the florals were all organized to each member of the bridal party, and the church and reception were designed even more beautifully than what we had described to her. Denise has a true talent for floral design, organization, and just a lovely personality that made planning for the day absolutely seamless. Looking forward to working with Denise again...

I called the shop and ordered a “white bouquet with pops of light pink,” and in turn received an ugly chaotic vase of flowers that wasn’t actually arranged in any sort of thoughtful way. It appears to be one of each random flower that the florist happened to have lying around - with light pink, dark pink, purple, yellow, red, and a bit of white. When I called (from states away) to ask to have a new bouquet delivered to the intended recipient, I was told that this one could be “fixed” if I brought the bouquet back to the shop. However, I live states away and am not about to ask the recipient to haul it back on a wintry day to have it “fixed.” I paid $162 for this, and could have made something better with $12 of Trader...
