I have been attending Drexel for almost three years, and Drexel Central would be the only con of going to Drexel. No matter who you are, at some point of your college career at Drexel, you will have to interact with Drexel Central (their financial aid department) and you will have the worst experience ever!! Either over the phone or at their locations, these representatives of Drexel literally do not provide any significant information, all the do is waste your time. Every year I have been required to submit documentation for verification of my financial aid, and every time a problem is created from the incompetency of this department. I and every other student of Drexel pay ridiculous amounts of money for tuition and other fees and this is how they organize their financial aid department. It is as though they do not train their employees long enough. Unfortunately, the "Call Center" folks, while trying to be helpful, didn't know enough to give me an answer. Was told I would get an answer within a couple of days -- sad, but true.
