Whew chile if you catching amtrak or aclr, you better hope you don't need customer service. Asked two females where to purchase tickets and where to catch train. Told them it was my first time catching it from that location. First lady was talking to a guy that was standing at her counter. Soon as she saw me she frowned and said can i help you. Told her what I needed and she said go over there, pointed and proceeded with her conversation. Then I asked her were the schedules on her table for aclr.
