Litz Salon — Local services in Philadelphia

I've been to this salon a couple times in my life. But I've just recently discovered why this salon already as a bad rating as it is. I literally sat for 4 to 5 hours, waiting as it wasn't very busy. I understand that it was gonna be long. But the fact that I came first and then other customers, who came in and and stated they'll come back an hour and still they took them (when they returned) and ignored us? I literally stared at them the whole time and they acted as if we customers never existed and just enjoyed their little friendly talks and talks. They took so long to finish such a simple haircut as well since they were trying to multitask and also have long conversations with the customers. When we notified that we came first and wondering why they ignored us, they just stated that these people came first.... but yet we were sitting there the...

I was looking for a short ‘do for my fine hair and Patrick was the answer I was looking for! He was a referral from a lash salon and I was so happy he could take me! I complimented the other technician on her hair and asked where she went. She didn’t hesitate: Patrick at Litz! I waited only a couple minutes then straight to shampoo. The rhythm of the salon is very professional. From shampoo to product to set to style, I was looked after and never left alone even though there were plenty of other customers. What I love: I ended up cutting about 5 inches of brittle lifeless hair off and he never tried to push any products on me. Thank you! Patrick has been cutting my hair since 1999. Prefect cut every time. Even neglected to give the others the opportunity to flex their shear skills and did so inadvertently because Patrick wasn't in that day. To my unexpected surprise, Yen was able to cut my hair to my liking. The cost of the cut is what I would normally pay for a wash and massage alone. The prices are down and the skills are untouchable for that...
