Bad service. I would never come back again. The lady I think she is the owner was so mean. I did not know there were straws and spoons inside my order (actually have none of them in the bag) and I took some straws and spoons for 8 items. And she said that there were straws and spoons already, “why did I take more and so much?” with the bad attitude. I said sorry because I did not know. Then when I came out of the place, I realized that there were no straws and spoons, then the staff followed and gave us some. I was really angry because of the lady’s behavior. Why doesn’t she recheck the bag before giving it to me? And why does she ask me so mean like that just because of some straws and spoons? Are those expensive or worthy to treat me like that? She did not say sorry sincerely when I came back to the store to showed her that I did not have any stuff to eat and drink. She is old enough but behaves...

I have always loved Bambu, but this was my first time at this location and I was disappointed with the service. I originally wanted a black chai milk tea which was available on the menu behind the counter, but when I tried, the worker said “We don’t do that. We don’t follow the menu.” What does that even mean? I ended up ordering a chai latte instead since she was kind of pushy and wouldn’t let me look at the menu for something else. My drink was still quite good, so that’s what makes this visit redeemable. Another thing that bothered me is that they don’t accept rewards like other locations do? My advice is to go to a nearby & different beverage establishment no matter how badly you are...

Chè is the best sweet dessert in town in its price range. Around $5, customers could have a tasty, colorful, and flavorful dessert including from something simple like mung bean, taro, lychee, jackfruit to herbal jelly, pandan jelly, tapioca, basil seed, longan, and lots of other sweet ingredients dipped in creamy, smooth, delicious coconut milk. I would strongly recommend number 5, Smashed Avocado for an avocado lover, number 6 for tropical fruit addict, and my most favorite number 10.
