I’ve been their customer for years and I just cannot believe what they just did tonight. I’ve ordered delivery and one item was missing. I went ahead and called to let them know thinking it’s not a big deal. While I was doing that I was also texting with the driver notifying him about the missing item. Both the driver and the store tell me that they have nothing to do with the missing item because they had done their job and packed the bag properly and respectively picked up the right amount of bags for delivery. Between the back and forth the person on the phone seemed like they had put the phone down and walked away from it letting me talk to myself. Once I realized that, I called back and asked what’s going on with my missing item. They were now arguing with me over the missing item saying that they put it in there and I can come check the camera to see. Also if I really want the missing item I should go there and get it. Now mind you I have ordered delivery for a reason and that was because I cannot go there in the first place. I’ve mentioned to them that several times and asked what are we doing with the missing item because I cannot eat my dinner without it. It was the noddles in the pho! I was missing the noodles! So I tried to ask them why it was that they haven’t already sent their driver back with the noodles they proceeded to hang up on me. THEY HUNG UP ON ME! ruined my night and my dinner. You should be ashamed of yourself. Don’t worry I’m not going to come back and neither will my...

To start off my family used to eat here all the time since I was a kid (past 20 years). We decided to stop by since we were in philly. The pho we had was ok, best part was the rice noodles. The meat and beef balls were very corse/tough like it’s been reheated multiple times. The soup was meh, made our throats really dry. We decided to order take out on the rice platters thinking it may be better? When the server handed us the take out bags I noticed how light it was but gave the benefit of doubt and just paid plus tipped the 2 phos we ate and tipped for our takeouts. When I got home and saw they cut back on half of everything it was sad (rice, meat, even the egg loaf. You can see the sunny side up egg about the size of the entire meat for comparison. The one piece of lettuce took up 1/3 of the container. The egg loaf was so thin and the they flattened out the rice to fill up the container. Taste : not sure as that was supposed to be our lunches tomorrow for work but I combined both platters into one to make it a decent lunch for my husband. Overall extremely disappointed they skimped out on quality and the portions. We don’t mind paying higher prices but the food and quality should be better. The place was also pretty empty which says a lot. Staff was pretty friendly so...

So I'm going to be a bit honest, I was a bit off put by the number of negative reviews listed for here. However, they all seem to be completely unwarranted! I visited with a group of four on a week day evening and we were immediately greeted and seated. I went with the number thirteen special, which included almost all of their available pho options. The service presented our bowls nearly immediately and were attentive the entire evening.

The pho was fantastic. The broth had a complex, savory flavor and the noodles were nearly perfect. Unlike other places, I didn't find the soup overly salted either. The portion was pretty large for how economical the prices are there. I particularly enjoyed the fatty cuts of meat and brisket. Also, they chili oil they offer on the table was perfect for the soup. It's not something I've seen very often at pho shops, but it was definitely appreciated.

I will admit that the interior of the restaurant was a bit dated and faded, however, that would never be the draw for any fast food option. I feel like the harping on that in previous comments are a bit overstated and biased. All in all, Pho Ha is definitely worth the visit...

First off I would like to say I'm appalled with the lack of hygiene at this restaurant. I've been coming here since I was 10 years old and never had this issue before. I wanted my friends to experience true Vietnamese food and we found a roach in the bun bo hue. When I notified the staff they didn't really seem concerned and it made us all lose our appetite not trusting the food given to us. They comp his soup and gave us 15% off but what I really wanted was just for someone to be concerned about the contamination that this could have caused. This Pho Ha should be inspected to make sure this never happens again
