If i could, i would give this place 0 stars for bad customer service. I came into the store to redeem my free rewards which I’ve been earning on my Clover app. When i got there, i was told they no longer use that system and will not honor my free drinks. I’ve asked for a manager and the cashier went to the back and brought out another worker(Kim). Kim told me the same thing and i said i wanted to speak to a manager. She told me that the manager isn’t here and she’ll be back soon maybe 30 minutes. I asked for the manager’s name and Kim said she’s not allowed to give out her name. Why can’t i get the manager’s name??? I told them i wasn’t notified about the discontinuation of the reward and Kim said they displayed that in the store. Is that the correct way to notify your customers??? The last time I’ve used this app was like 4 months ago. I told Kim if you stopped dealing with Clover, you should remove your company from their app and she was like oh its them not removing us so it’s not our problem. At this point, I’m not even upset about my free drinks. It’s more about the customer service and how the problem is handle right now. I’m telling all my family and friends not to go here anymore cuz there’s more options out there. Keep my two free drinks but you’ll definitely lose my...

Sharetea is a chain, so I expected a pretty generic taste, but I was pleasantly surprised. I like that this location feels a bit more individual, though I think I may have ordered the wrong drink.

I got the grapefruit Earl Grey seasonal drink with aloe. The first sip was refreshing with the grapefruit flavor, but the Earl Grey and bergamot quickly took over and became incredibly strong. It ended up tasting a little too bitter, yet also a bit too sweet, even though I ordered it with half sugar.

The shop was a little messy, though I couldn’t tell if that was because of the Halloween decorations. There’s a self-service ordering kiosk at the front, and the staff were fast and friendly. The space is brightly lit with a cute backdrop for taking pictures with your drink.

I’m definitely coming back to try a different flavor. If the Earl Grey is this bold, I’m curious to see how their other...

I really enjoy Sharetea. Compared to their competition, Sharetea offers more bang for your buck and better tasting drinks (in my opinion). The staff is super nice and they offer alternative milk options. (Be sure to ask them at register about the alternative milks). For anyone wanting to try a drink I would suggest the Coffee Milk tea (50% sugar) or Cocoa Lover (50% sugar).

Update: their drinks can be very good, depending on who makes them. So far I’ve had a very nice young fella make my drinks, but it’s being made with the wrong portion of the ingredients. But hey, does Starbucks make your drinks right perfect...

My daughter LOVES boboa tea. I drove from Baltimore MD to simply have Boboa tea with my 14 year old. We googled boboa tea and found sharetea literally 8 blocks down and it was great. The atmosphere was inviting, very clean, staff very friendly, and great prices! Music was waaaay too loud. I had to yell my order to the cashier. The BATHROOM is so beautiful. I was dancing in the bathroom while washing my hands. Special moments like hanging with your teen kid is unforgettable. But, having a great place to hang out with them makes the moments even more special!

I was walking to the billiards when I saw a line out the door! The guy handing out flyers in the front told me everything was 20% off. I ordered the strawberry mojito and MAN WAS IT GOOD! It was the perfect mix of lime, strawberry, and just the right amount of sugar to make my tongue tingle with joy. By far the best bubble tea place in Philly. Their bathroom is probably one of the nicest bathrooms I've ever been to with even speakers on the ceiling! I will be coming back ALOT!
