+JMJ Was blessed to help a friend move from Richmond VA to S. Philly. Having a few days to stay for a visit, he took my friend and I to several Churches and Shrines that had special affiliation with holy men and women who lived in Philadelphia. One such devoted follower of Jesus Christ in the Roman Catholic Church is Saint Katherine Drexel. My friend and I were allowed to meet one of the Sisters who knew St Katherine and who actually helped the then ailing St Katherine with physical health support. We were also invited to join her and the other Sisters in the community for lunch. Very sweet and kindly ladies! Additionally, we paid a visit to the National Shrine of St Katharine, spending time in prayer and in viewing the artifacts which belonged to her at different moments in her life. It was nice to visit the Shrine which is dedicated to keeping alive the memory of her life dedicated to serving Jesus in the then disassociated Native Americans and Black Americans.
