The Terrace is a fantastic place to call home! I have lived here for the past 2 years and as someone new to the city, I truly appreciated how welcoming and community-focused the building is. The management team goes above and beyond to create a great living experience—from thoughtfully planned tenant events to small touches like complimentary meals and yoga classes. These initiatives helped me meet new people and feel at home almost instantly. The building itself is impeccably maintained. It’s always clean, the amenities are top-notch (I especially made great use of the gym), and the maintenance team is incredibly responsive—every request was handled quickly and professionally. The location is also unbeatable, putting you right in the heart of the city with everything you need just steps away.

All in all, The Terrace is a great place to live—it’s a true community. I couldn’t recommend it...

I’ve lived here over a year and love it! The location, the apartment and the view are awesome. Tenant relations, maintenance and the front desk staff are responsive and work in excellence. They always make me feel welcome and they curate wonderful events! The only drawbacks: very little storage (but you can rent additional space), there isn’t guest parking (use an app, there are garages all within one block) and there’s only electric stoves (I prefer gas).
