I don’t go to Philadelphia Center City very often these days, but when I do visit the downtown area, Paper on Pine is one of my favorite places to go. Keep in mind that the store may not be readily visible if you are not familiar with the location. Also, parking near the store can be an issue, but there are loading zones in the vicinity. My favorite though, were the Philadelphia custom painted cards. They each had a landmark Philly location painted on them. I ended up getting one for myself.
