It was crowded. No social distancing stickers or anything like that. No convenient parking. I placed an online order and it was improperly dispensed. I ordered the starqueen at $65 and they gave me, and had me pay for, the stardawg which is $85. The only reason I didn't notice at the time is the total was close to what I expected to pay due to a new patient discount I wasn't aware of. I called to let them know, and the woman who answered blamed me for not checking my bag on the way out. Let's think about that for a second. This is my medicine. When I go to the pharmacy, is it my responsibility to make sure they gave me the right medicine? This location is very inconvenient to get to and park at for me. I specifically came to this location because it had what I wanted, at the price I wanted it. I'll stick with the beyond/hello on 5th in the future. The parking there is great and they've never messed up my order. P.S. I specifically wanted to buy starqueen at the first day of fall price because it was only supposed to be $52. That's less than I think the extract is worth even on the street, which was the point. John Boehner vehemently opposed medical marijuana. Great staff, super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable however this location seems to be consistently stocked less than Northern Libs. Every time I come to this location they’re sold out of a lot of items that makes coming here wildly inconvenient (although the location is awesome). Flower is even more nonexistent than other dispensaries. I will only return to this location to use my coupons. Some adjustments should be made to account for the heavy foot traffic CC gets. It would also be nice if they offered an online system like Cure so the discrepancies between online and live stock isn’t a consistent issue.

Update, some issues I’ve had at this location: I purchased a palm Ccell that looked used when I opened it once I got home. It was missing a charger and a magnetic adapter that should’ve been included. I called in immediately and the representative who answered the phone was very lackadaisical like oh I don’t know what we can do it’ll be up to my manager. It was an easy exchange when I came in but I don’t understand why the original representative was acting as if it wouldn’t be honored. I also purchased two different disposable carts (grassroots) that failed to blow even when there is visible oil left in the cartridge. The representative told me that happens all the time. No acknowledgement of reporting it to the manager. I find these carts overpriced enough as if, I’d like to get what I pay for and I’m sure others do as well. Our new favorite dispensary! We were not looking for a new dispensary, but we came to Beyond/Hello because the dispensaries, which are located closer to us, were out of the product we needed. We did not have a good experience at another dispensary located in downtown Philly so we were hesitant to give it a try, but we are so glad we did! The facilities are really nice, there is ample parking (small fee of $1 for 20 min and $2 for 40 min), and there are no stairs to access, which is important for many patients. The staff is what really makes the difference here! They were all extremely kind and knowledgeable. I am a caregiver. I spoke with the pharmacist on the phone and she reviewed the products we already had (from another dispensary) and offered suggestions about how they might best work for the patient- no pressure to buy anything from them. The focus is clearly about understanding and caring for the patients. We will go out of our way to visit this dispensary. I can't recommend...
