If you're near Head House Hill, do yourself a favor and take a stroll to the east to find this lovely little bridge. It's beautiful brick with lovely views of the Delaware River and Ben Franklin Bridge, also I-76 but we don't need to talk about that. There is a massive sculpture of three figures holding hands and the scale is stunning. In 1763, this area was the southernmost point of Philadelphia and was the start of the Mason-Dixon line that split the country along the 39th parallel. The line would later be used to mark the free north and the slavery south.

Seems like it used to be nice but is deserted and sketchy now. I went around 1pm and the only other person there was a man pleasuring himself in public. Definitely recommend crossing at one of the other areas
