Diamond Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

3 years of my family and I placed pick up orders, in average our bill is 40 to 50 dollars. Now the reason I am including the fact that it's a pickup order is because the people that work there know my face and clearly know us when we call to order the pickup. But I think it's a travesty when you get treated like a thief and everyone behind the counter is focused on a bottle of Gatorade that my 6yr old son opened and drank because he was thirsty, at the time and only time I actually went into the pizzeria to place the order. I live 1 block away from Diamond Pizza, I was at the corner park on 18th St. with my son, and my wallet was in the house. The food wasn't going to be ready for at least 30 to 40 minutes, so I had plenty of time to get my wallet and come back to pay and pick up the food and pay for the GATORADE. Please note that I was not a new customer nor was any of the workers. They all knew me, however if for some reason I'm to be treated like a shoplifter and was told to PAY NOW! because of a damn Gatorade that my 6yr old son opened, well I think it's a good riddance for me to give my business to the place that has way better quality food and a far better staff than Diamond Pizza... Philly...

New to the neighborhood, wanted some cheese fries. called and placed my order. the girl who took the phone order was so nice and polite. told me it would be about 7 mins. after about 7 mins I walk into the restaurant and was taken back by the appearance, it was very dingy and dusty. had to wait for the lady to get off the phone so I could pay for the fries. as I was waiting the cook ( with no gloves or hair net) scooped the fries into a tin pan and started to have a conversation with another cook while holding the pan between them, mid conversation the cook decides to take his bare hands and play in the fries. I told them that I didn't want the fries and he tossed them back into the fryer to serve to someone else. no apology no new fries just nasty attitude from the cook. the ladies at the...

Some folks will love this but for me there was just WAY TOO MUCH MEAT in my chicken Caesar wrap. I asked for extra lettuce and less meat but it was still like 95% meat, 3% dressing and 2% lettuce, so if you're looking for greens get a salad.

Baked ziti was good, pretty standard. Not as saucy as I like, but flavor was good. Curly fries were crispy and good but regular fries were kinda mushy by the time it got to me.

Delivery was so fast it broke the tracker - arrived almost an hour prior to the estimate.

Also they forgot my soda :(

I'm a little bummed just cause I spent so much on this order and was planning to eat it for leftovers, but I don't think I'll be eating the other half of the wrap or regular fries, and the baked ziti will need extra sauce to...
