I attended three group classes (from the intro pack deal) and then switched to personal training once a week with Brenna (Art Museum location). I'm really grateful that I finally decided to take steps to improve my health/fitness and highly recommend Train & Nourish for all women, especially beginners. Brenna is super nice and flexible with her schedule. She also adapts my training to my fitness goals and ability level, encouraging me to push myself without going overboard.
I am extremely unfit (like, "unable to do a squat" unfit) and I've already improved within a month (ten squats, lol!). The once-a-week schedule is good because I can apply the exercises into my workouts in my apartment gym. During personal training, you will see other trainers/clients but everyone is extremely friendly and non-judgemental. T&N is especially good for people who feel self conscious in regular gyms.
The group classes are great and exhausting, but I think individualized personal training can help someone who truly has no clue what they're doing in the gym. One-on-one is helpful in correcting posture and learning how to use equipment safely without hurting yourself.
