One hot summer day I was cruising through my neighborhood and came across the store “3 Vintage Chicks” I have enjoyed shopping in Vintage stores and was thrilled to see I had one in my neighborhood...it looked enormous from the outside so I could hardly wait to go shopping ..I entered the front door with my 2 small dogs lessened by my side, I saw an older women behind the counter and immediately asked if I could bring my dogs inside the store..Now I understand not wanting to have pets inside your store and that’s why I asked...her reply...as she rolled her eyes at me and said “I guess, as long as they don’t poop” I said no, they are well behaved, she replied “that’s what the last lady said”...I quickly took my leashed dogs and left the building..I have been in customer service my ENTIRE career and would NEVER think about speaking to someone that way..! She needs a class in...

I drive by often, and finally, I stopped and went in to check it out. This place is Great, and the minute I walked in I was acknowledged by a friendly employee with a smile. We chatted a bit and I was informed of the numerous fun events they hold here. I then toured the whole place taking my time, enjoying all the different rooms, and things in them. There is so much. I definitely will return, there is a lot of stuff I still want to see. They also have an outside showroom, for outside items. I didnt check it out, but I will on my next visit. This is a place where I can find gifts for quite a few on my list....

Most Excellent Customer Service! Took payment over the phone. Was able to deliver (using 3rd party service) for an extra fee. The people behind the counter were friendly, helpful & easy to chat with. The customer service person who answered the telephone was top notch efficient and helpful. The delivery men were prompt, professional, friendly and helpful. What else could you ask for.
