Amazing Nails — Local services in Phoenix

I am not one to post a negative review especially for a small business but apparently you cannot speak up if you have any issues because the owner, Minh will ban you from coming back. I planned my entire day around getting my nails and toes done at this establishment. I was nervous as anyone would be going somewhere new but I immediately felt good at first when getting my nails done by Minh and his gf Sydney was very kind. We had a lot of conversation and the vibes seemed great. I had to remove my last set and get a full set. I hate removing nails but he was gentle which I appreciated. I showed an inspo picture but did make it my own and I do love the result. However, there was a couple things that were minor that I needed fixed and he immediately had snapped at me and said that he wasn’t going to ever do my nails again, which took me by surprise as our conversation was totally fine prior to this. It just came out of nowhere and shocked me. He told me to go back to where I went before which I thought was very rude. I never said I didn’t like his artistry or how he did my nails. There was just a couple things that maybe he didn’t see from my pov that I wanted to point out because as a nail tech, you need to be open to any criticism. Plus, I’m a paying customer and I already felt they were charging quite a bit if I’m being honest. But nobody said anything about the nails having to be perfect. I understand that it’s not going to be perfect but there was just a couple tweaks that he could’ve done as the white french is thicker on my thumb than my other hand. You can be the best nail tech and even educator but if you can’t handle the tiniest amount of criticism AND can’t provide customer service, your business isn’t going to succeed. To respond this harshly to someone as myself who was extremely polite and kind is so wrong. Sadly, you chose to lose a loyal customer rather than fix a couple minor things. That’s just...

Just went in for my 2nd fill. This is my first set of acrylics.

They were all so welcoming and kind. I had to change my appointment due to something coming up. I called them in the morning as soon as I found out. My appointment was at 5. They were very flexible. I scheduled it the next day, same time.

I walked in and they said hi. Minh immediately got to working on my nails. Even though I was the last one on their schedule, he took his time. It didn’t feel like he was trying to rush me out the door. He double checked my nails before proceeding to the next step. He also made sure that I was okay, that I was fine with the shape, and more. Their hospitality is awesome too. They’d ask me every now and then if I needed water.

I was very indecisive about my nail color but had an idea. Both Minh and Sydney were helpful. I then let Minh pick. He gave me beautiful sunset orange chrome nails. Prettiest Nails ever!!!! I am beyond excited to go out with these nails.

My boyfriend and family love my nails as soon as I showed them. I’ll be coming here as a regular....

I usually get my nails and lashes done here all the time, today I got my eyelashes done and my experience was very upsetting. I’m 8 months pregnant and the room she did them in was at least 85 degrees. I asked for air and she put a light fan on me but then without my permission took it off of me without saying anything.I was sweating and uncomfortable throughout the whole process. She was careless with the application to the point where my eyes were burning and watering during the procedure. She poked me multiple times and continued to press the eyelash extension tips into my waterline painfully, something that has never happened before.
