Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Phoenix

I came in wed April 7th @ like 6:58 pm. There was a very sweet young lady behind the counter. Let me just say this, she was the nicest most welcoming Starbucks worker I have ever encountered. I ordered a drink and I’m pretty sure she was all but close physically and I didn’t realize and I apologized and told her nvm and I just felt bad. As I am to in the restaurant industry as well . She denied my cancel request and happily made my drink anyway. She absolutely made my night. This young lady was spectacular at customer service and I would know I been bartending almost 20 years. I wish I would of caught her name. But she now made it to where ide rather walk into frys and get my coffee then go through a drive through. That’s quality service. The first couple of times I went here it was good. Starbucks honestly isn’t my favorite because everything has a slightly burnt flavor but I have learned to enjoy a Carmel Macchiato occasionally.
