As good as the food is it does not justify their shamelessness. I understand the current economic atmosphere but as soon as you walk in there are signs everywhere trying to limit their responsibility & nickel and dime you. Written in whiteboards as you walk in demand no outside drinks or food, another says they are not responsible for personal items left behind (I can understand this one) You’re charged a fee at the terminal if your total is under $10, I can understand that but then you’ll notice on Taco Tuesdays street tacos are $1.50, usually $2. But they are only this price if you buy a minimum of 4 tacos, practically defeating the purpose of the “deal” to add insult to injury on my last visit I ordered a carne quesadilla & taco. I forgot to ask for cilantro & onion in my quesadilla so well before my order was ready I asked if they could add it they said they would try. But then when I go to pick up my order I ask if they were able to they say no bc it wasn’t asked for at time of checkout. I told them I asked right after for it & they gave me the same excuse. I asked for a side of it instead and they said it’s $1.25 for a side of cilantro and onion!? So no charge if asked for at time of checkout but after it’s a charge? If I was asking for it as extra to what I was already getting I could sort of justify it but no. This taken into account with everything else is quite honestly insane. Doesn’t make a customer feel welcomed and that as soon as you walk in there are rigid rules you must be aware of otherwise you’ll be charged extra. As a customer walking into a business asking them to tip toe around you is not a way to...
Read moreWhen I walked in, I was just looking at the menu and the guy asked me are you paying cash or card and I said card I’m not even finished the menu and he was already telling me come on this side so I can charge you I said, charge me for what I haven’t even finished looking at the menu And then he points at the menu and says everything’s up here. I told him hey man, I don’t need to be rushed. You’re just standing there looking at your phone. I get it. You’re bored there’s no one here. He mumbled something and I just kept looking at at the menu when he came by I said I’m not trying to be rude, but I don’t need anybody rushing me to make an order, I made an order of a Sope and a quesadilla, not gonna lie and to be real honest the quesadilla was filled with oil and it’s supposed to be for a kid. The soap was OK. I bought me a drink and I said hey I’m gonna go get me another drink when I get to the cashier, the guy is there and I asked him can I get a 7-Up? He said OK he asked me. Are you gonna pay cash or card? I said card right when he said card, he said oh I can’t just sell you a can you have to buy something more than five dollars that is the worst policy I’ve ever heard I can’t just buy a can of 7-Up because it has to be more than five Dollars. No never again I’m sorry but that’s the worst policy. This taco place has. I won’t be coming back service was awful. The boy wants to be in his phone whatever he wants to do go ahead. Someone really needs to train him how to be and how to have...

I ordered three tacos of tripas asked for them to be cooked extra crispy..cashier Mary said ok no prob..I even confirmed with her before I paid. I got my order and tacos were squishy and not cooked to my request. I asked her and the cooks to please recook per my request. They said no it can't be done. I said y not they said cause they can't. Again other locations never had an issue. I said ok then can I get three different tacos or my money back..They said no. I said why ...and the lady said because they already made those tacos. They were not willing to correct my order even after Mary admitted that she said they could do my request. Worse service ever..I will never go back there. As a paying customer I was disgusted at the way they were so dismissive. I gave them an opportunity to make it right. And they said they could not do...
