Me and my wife went in at 9:10 and they tell us that they're out of half their menu and they're not making any more for the night not that they're out of it but that they're not going to make any more and there is no more left for the night, the place closes at 10:30 how are you not going to have food that late. Only 6 options left of entrees yet there's an entire menu behind them that they're not going to make. I've never been to or worked at a restaurant that closes half their menu in hour-and-a-half before they close very disappointed. Then instead of two scoops for our entree because we got a plate which comes with two entrees and we got both orange chicken we get a scoop and a half (I'm assuming so they don't have to make more of that but thanks yeah i full price for half service). People cleaning the restaurant before they closed and they still can't make more food a staff of what we could see four people or more yet one person taking our order....
Read moreThe food is good here when its fresh. Many times, I would need to request fresh batches, but this isn't easy because the staff gets attitude. When they say it'll be 15 min wait, its more like 45 min to an hr wait just for 4 chicken egg rolls. Very inconvenient! They don't care how long you wait. Also, expect to be rushed on your choices and minimal to no good customer service because they seem to be more business operated and only care about charging the customer. So your experience won't be pleasurable in that way. Their manager there always seems miserable and rude so look out for that. I would say if you're hungry and just want something for yourself and don't care about customer service then go there. But its not a family oriented, friendly place that services the freshest foods. We've had more than one instance of putting in an internet order, giving them more than the time they quoted, and then having the food not be ready when we arrive.
The latest was especially egregious -- they told me it wasn't ready yet when I got there. So I waited 20+ minutes while people went through the lines and got their food immediately.
Finally I asked if I could cancel my online order and just go through the line. And then someone finally put my order together.
