WATCH OUT! PLEASE READ IF YOU OR ANYONE YOU KNOW HAS FOOD ALLERGIES! Jamba Juice just came out with the "all new fruit and juice" no diary smoothies. I always get the Peach Perfection and on the board they list 3 things peach, mango and strawberry. I have a strawberry allergy along with a bunch of others. And last time I was there I watched them put juice in that looked just like apple juice. They told me it was apple, which was fine because I'm not allergic to them anymore, but wasn't okay because they did not list it anywhere or tell you when order it. Today I asked for the ingredients of the apple juice to check for corn syrup because of my corn allergy and when they brought the box with the ingredients from the back there was more than just Apple. It also included peach and strawberry purée along with a bunch of other things. It is not the employees faults they are only know what they are told and trained, the ones who were making mine truly believed they were completely free of contamination, they even made it in the back so they used fruit that has not shared a scoop with strawberries and were extremely kind and apologetic when we read the box. They were as surprised as I was. I got tired of making my own smoothies and I'm on a juice/smoothie only diet so I started having them multiple times a day about a week ago. I am 18 and have a lot of serious medical condition and going through lots of treatments so I am always feeling sick but I had been feeling way sicker than normal and for way longer than it would usual last. We could not figure out why I have been so much sick over the last week. I am extremely lucky that I am not anapalactic and that was all that happened to me. It is extremely important to inform customers of all ingrients, a mistake like this could very easily hurt someone. Make sure if you have an allergy you double check everything there and ask to read the boxes...
Read moreI wish I didn’t have to rate it this low. Normally the customer service and customer experience is amazing at this location. But Michaela who I think may be a manager since she was the only one wearing a different color shirt, is the reason for this low rating. It wasn’t super busy. There was only one other customer already being helped when I walked in. Michaela kept making faces and rolling her eyes when I was ordering and it seemed like I was wasting her time by having her take my orders. Then after I paid, she dropped the change into my hand like she could care less and then didn’t give me my receipt nor asked if I wanted one because she quickly turned around and left the register. Had I not asked the other employee there at the other register for my receipt I would have never gotten it. How she acted is not how a manger should be and to act that way in front of the other employees and other customer is not only not manager material but that was just plain rude. She needs, AT THE VERY LEAST, additional training. I will not come in the mornings anymore. If she is in the store when I walk in during the rest of the day, I’m just walking out. I’m willing to get my 3 sometimes 4 drinks at a different location...
Read moreI'm usually one to leave only good reviews and if it's a bad experience i usually let it go. I haven't been to Jamba Juice in years and I will probably never go again.. I had two customers come in after and place their orders after me (1. a mom and her daughter 2. A couple ).
After the first customer got their drink i didn't think much of it but after the second customer got theirs i thought that i may have missed it . I asked the person that helped me if i missed my order because two people that came after me received their drink before me and he was extremely rude & mentioned that the woman had ordered orange juice and was before me. ( yes that was the only person that was before me but he didn't mentioned the customers i listed above . He got my drink that had been ready down the counter and put a cap on it and said have a nice day.
No apology even mentioning hey I'm sorry we missed it... It was right here nothi I think it's funny because before even providing their service they have a tablet asking for a minimum of 20% tip (20,25,30%) i wish they would ask for the tip after they give you your order.
