First off I went through drive thru and the order taker was rude as hell kept rushing me to tell him my order even thoe there was no other customers once we got to the window we handed him the coupon and he said something I don't remember but he handed us our food an we parkef to check our order to make sure we received all our food. We did not receive it all and we were looking or a receipt which we also did not get so we go back through drive thru and its a different order taker a women we told her we just came through didnt get all our food and also didnt receive a receipt she told us to come to the window we did we told her our problem and she asks for the food. She starts rudely grabbing our food manhandling it with no gloves check the receipt then the bags like three more time she starts rudely saying everything is in there we tried to tell her that all our food wasn't in there she starts like snarling at us lashing out then grabs the bag and tries to shove it in the drivers hands and is like check for yourselfs so she's like just buy what you are were missing again like really she's still arguing so eventually we give in and buy it then she still forgets some things and gets mad when we tell her again that she's missing these items and she's like omg gives it to us and we live. Read moreTERRIBLE experience in the drive thru a couple of nights ago. Started badly when I was told they couldn't honor the coupon I wanted to use because the corner with the # was slightly torn. I couldn't believe a franchise of their magnitude doesn't have a code that the manager could input for this scenario! So I had to change my order and go with a second choice. No big deal, right? But, when I finally got up to the window, I was informed that the soda machine was down. Ok... not a problem, "just adjust my total accordingly." The cashier told me he couldn't adjust it because of the coupon. I forgot to mention that he tried to charge me full price for the combo. This was after my discussion with the manager about the code # on the first order. I gave her my new code # and she gave me my total. (No mention of the soda machine by the way.) Got to the window and the cashier gives me a ridiculous total for the full price of the order! With no adjustment for the drink? Long story short, lol... I go to Burger King on 7th Street and Baseline in Phoenix, AZ, to get something to eat because I was too tired to cook after having no sleep for 2 days, running around in the heat and doing chores. I bite into the nuggets. They were cold and hard as a rock. I had to come back to give them back and get a refund. So, now, I still need something to eat and I'm delayed in trying to get some rest. They knew those nuggets weren't fresh when they gave them to me. I will not be eating at this location ever again. And, then he tries to tell me he can't give me a refund because I ate the fries. I ate the fries on my way home in my car. I had no idea at that point the fries were unbeatable. And, I only requested a refund for the nuggets and not the fries. And, he told me the system won't let him do it. I ordered a 4 piece and an 8 piece equating 12 pieces. And, I gave all unbeaten 12 pieces back to him. So, I don't want to hear that mess.
