This is your typical Taco Bell fast food joint with their regular brand menu and special offerings. As an occasional junk food-junkie I've over the years dutifully tried everything on their menu at least once โ especially this location being near my home. Somehow, I donโt think theyโre as good as they once were โ in general. But Iโm still kind of stuck on their Burrito Supreme โ sometimes. So as to make it easy to gauge each of these places, when I do try them, I've devised a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being outright down and dirty nasty, and 5 being the best a fast-food joint can be โ maybe then some! I gauge: cleanliness; service; product quality and consistency; convenience; accessibility; taste and the personnelโs attitude and customer service level. This place scores 3.0 of 5. I may come back here and do recommend it! Considering their offerings are more American than Mexican โ their offerings are decent in that respect. Edible, somewhat tasty and primarily and overall, what one is here for โ fast food...
ย ย ย Read moreI was extremely disappointed with my visit on 02/19/2023. Almost every item in my order was incorrect. I had ordered two bacon breakfast burritos and an order of two Cinnabon bites. Instead, I received two cheesy bean and rice burritos that were disgusting as I hate regular old bean burritos and the Cinnabon bites. I was literally the only customer in the restaurant at the time so I am confused about this mixup. I realized my order was incorrect when I got to my destination. Eventually, I decided to just let it go instead of having to take another bus trip back to the restaurant or wait for a ride there. I have been going to this restaurant off and on for 17 years and I think this will be my last time. For patrons, when ordering at the indoor kiosks, please always ask for a paper receipt or for an electronic receipt to prove the items you purchased. Never choose the "no receipt" option as this will just make it difficult to prove the items...
ย ย ย Read moreThe worst Taco Bell establishment experience ever (multiple times). The first visit used meat instead of black beans for their BLACK BEAN crunch wrap. This is a major upset as someone who doesnโt eat meat..
The second visit was another mobile order, that provided the thinnest crunch wrap Iโve ever ever seen. The crunch wrap was lightly brushed with the black bean scoop, hardly any evidence of toppings and was terribly wrapped. The Cheesy Gordita had no cheese, a brush of black beans, no toppings. Oh, at least it had two hard shells, so it was the gordita bread and two hard shells. And no sauce packets! :(
Iโm a Taco Bell fan! We love Taco Bell for nights we donโt want to cook. I only want to bring it to THIS establishmentโs attention, hopefully.
Thanks...
