Subway — Restaurant in Phoenix

went here bc i had a coupon. there was a line to the door, no problem w that. but there was some lady with groceries sitting at a table right next to the door, begging customers for a ride home. she would ask every person who came into the place if they had a car and to take her home. i don't know abt others, but i hate going into an establishment to order food and being harassed by strangers. the people behind the counter ignored her bc i guess they were too busy to deal w someone harassing their customers. then, while waiting in line, i turned and saw a table top COVERED IN DEAD FLIES AND DUST. i looked up, the table is right under a filthy air vent and ceiling speaker that havent been cleaned in forever. i look over to the prep area. There was ANOTHER FILTHY AIR VENT over the counter where the employees were making sandwiches. Apparently the other customers didnt care what extras were dropping into their food. Absolutely disgusted, i turned and walked out. went to another subway in the area, which was much cleaner and no line. now as i write this review, i regret i didn't take pics. will be reporting this...

Twice have I gone to this location and both times they managed to mess up my order. Honesty save your money and don’t even go here. And here’s my reason on why…The first time the girls we ordered from were so busy talking amongst themselves they weren’t paying attention to what I was ordering. Tried to let it go because they seemed young and stuff happens. Second time the guy genuinely seemed uninterested in being there, which again that’s fine but he still didn’t have to mess up the food. Asked for cheese got none, asked for cucumbers and only got two place in the same spot when it’s supposed to be end to end. Gave way to many onions and bell peppers and sauce. As someone who also works at subway, I understand the struggle but it’s a struggle we choose therefore we still have to do our job, but he didn’t really care to. It was extremely frustrating watching how poorly he made my sandwich, I honestly wouldn’t go back and I recommend you choose a different location...

I was in need of 16 foot long subs for a Meeting for a Senior Ministry Meeting Group at 11:00 am, I had placed an order for pickup at the Subway at 48th Street and Elliot and when I arrived for pick up they didn’t have my order ready at the requested time and couldn’t get it prepared until after noon. I stopped at the Subway at 24th Street and Baseline and they couldn’t accommodate my request either. I called store #14449-0 and spoke to Jordy, explained my situation and he told me that they could get the order done in 15-20 mins., upon arrival I placed my order with Jessica and Jordy, they prepared sandwiches and all the veggies and condiments on the side paid and Jordy even help me load the subs in my car. All this was done in 15 mins. I was very greatful to them as I was out of options at that point. Thank you again Jordy and Jessica for saving the day for a Senior’s...
