PROFANITY ruined what would've been an amazing experience. One of the customers sitting across the room from me was dropping the F-word literally about every 4 or 5 words and spoke loudly as if he was yelling over people and music in a bar. But there were only about 9 other people in the restaurant and no one else was being loud with the exception of the 2 females sitting at his table who thought his stories were funny and couldn't help but giggle. There was a child about 2 years old sitting a couple tables away from Potty Mouth and after about half an hour of listening to the F-word come out of this guy's mouth and seeing no staff speak to him in order to address it, I asked to speak to a manager. I quietly asked the nice gentleman who came to my table if he could tell the guy blabbing all the profanity about his rotten childhood relationship with his father who threatened to put him in the dishwasher as a kid if he might stop cursing. However, I was informed that the profanity issue had been brought up in the past regarding other inappropriately-behaved customers and I was told that the store owners had told him not to interfere with a customer's conversation even though it may be offensive to other patrons. I've always enjoyed this place and it's amazing food and staff but if I ever experience this issue again in this restaurant I will confront the rude customer myself and then I will never return to this store. Hopefully the owners' unwillingness to resolve problem guests is simply a misunderstanding and ignoring an adult who is using profanity in front of customers--including young children isn't how they...
Read moreWe love this restaurant we have consistently dined there on a frequent basis. Their staff especially Victoria, Victor and Marlin are Phenomenal. Well versed in Customer Service, Kindness as well as Compassion.
They truly make our dining experience a wonderful event. That’s why we visit there so Frequently.
We were very shocked and displeased to hear from several staff members that the Current Manager has been bullying the staff and saying that the staff is Evil. We felt very concerned for Victoria’s welfare after she reluctantly shared with us that her last day there would be 07/23/25. Please reconsider the decision that was made to terminate her employment on such short notice as she like most Americans live paycheck/payday to paycheck/payday.
We are very disappointed and concerned that she will be terminated left Jobless and potentially Homeless. The fact she was already told 07/23/25 would be her last work day @ Over Easy is what we feel is Mental Cruelty at a minimum and Illegal as she could be targeted and affected by a poor management decision to reduce staff based on Race-Religion-Age whatever ever illegal actions that is affecting Victoria’s current position at Over Easy where we frequently dine in. When the staff we are so used to seeing and enjoy being around are affected by poor management decisions it affects us as well.
Please check into our report and make a conscious effort to retain Victoria and whoever the current Manager will treat the same way in your restaurants Future!!!
I look forward to hearing from you soon regarding this Post

Read moreStopped in early on a Sunday morning at the Indian School location, they were not busy. I ordered pancakes which took a fairly long time to come out. Coffee is good. The pancakes were OK, a bit heavy and dense for a basic pancake. It is a plus that they serve these with real maple syrup but they only give you an ounce or so in a small metal container. Not sure if you can ask for more without being charged. $8.00 for 3 pancakes..well you be the judge. They also serve it with real butter on the side but it was half melted when it arrived. What I noticed though was a lack of basic sanitation. There was a person handling the oranges and juicing machine. The oranges were put in the machine straight from the box in other words not rinsed. The person was handling a ready to eat (OK drink) food item without gloves. The juice was placed into what appeared to me containers that were not very clean and had several tops that were cracked/broken. One of the containers of juice sat on the counter (where people eat) uncovered for the entire time I was eating and was still sitting there uncovered when I left. I also observed servers walking by with food with their thumbs actually inside the plates. If this is ok to do where all can see what is done behind the doors? I may try another location as many of the other menu items look...
