Getting older now and decided I need to stop eating burritos and heaping portions of take out (I'm fat), I happen to notice a new little shop, Pure Green. I'm a bit skeptical and not a fan of trendy diet/weight loss fads etc. but their menu was just different. Mars is like some kind of undercover super hero of customer service and I'll tell you why. I have a dietary restriction (nuts unalive me) and without even a hint, she said "Dan, I'm gonna add a few more apples and cranberry to your bowl". Now I don't know their protocol on substitutions or if rules were broken, but Mars earned Pure Green a customer for life. I love this place.
