Literally the worst experience I've had at a Starbucks so far. Both of the workers seems to really hate their jobs. They did not make eye contact with me at all. Didn't say good morning didn't smile when I ask for a receipt and I apologized for the inconvenience of asking for a receipt they just completely ignore me and then when the cashier gave me the receipt he didn't look at me yet again, didn't say anything. put it down I said thank you he ignored me and walked away. Read moreCame in to store #2716 today for a refill. Barista was very short and rude and made no effort to perform good customer service. Name tag said Monique I believe. As a frequent customer with a gold card you get one refill per visit. In her defense I was not aware it had to be the same store. She was definitely not having a good day. No one else on line or even a reason to be overwhelmed or rude and she quickly turned her back on me. Management should be aware of the staffs performance.
