Love this place! The kids have raved about the ice cream so much that I was enticed to go. The manager, Josh is incredibly friendly and engaging. Tons of unique flavors that are incredibly tasty. I had the strawberry rose flavor, while the kids enjoyed butter beer. They offer kids' scoops which are reasonable in price, especially in today's market. In addition to their ice cream options, they offer snow cones (the small looked massive) and sundaes. I'm really glad we found this place and cant wait to return! FYI, they are open Thursday- Saturday, and plan on expanding those hours.

Friendly service from the staff when we arrived. They have a variety of flavors to offer and also sell cakes and pre-packed ice cream if you want to take some home. There’s a few tables and chairs in the store, though not the most comfortable. The ice cream was creamy and decent overall. A nice ice cream shop overall. We came during 602 day which is great since they had a special but unsure how their prices are usually.

Our family absolutely love this place! It's become our new favorite spot for ice cream. The homemade flavors are so delicious and you can really taste the difference. My favorite is the strawberry cheesecake!! :)

The young man working the front today went above and beyond...it is so rare to see this level of customer service nowadays...the ice cream flavors were very unique and interesting, and it was clean and surprisingly quiet for a ice cream shop on a hot Saturday afternoon (we had the white mint chocolate & cookie monster on cones) Thanks for a great first time impression, guys! Today was my first time at Scooptacular. The atmosphere is very inviting. The girl server was very friendly and helpful. It was hard to choose from all the different flavors they have. The ice cream is super delicious. The flavors are deep luscious and full of flavor. I had strawberry, cream, and coconut. They were all amazing flavors. I could tell the ice cream is handcrafted.
