This review is about my experience with their eyelash extensions. It took me well over a month to write this review and I want to start off by saying that I mostly blame myself for trusting this type of place with my eyelashes.. Although it was a decision I made on a whim while I was getting my nails done, I should have gone to a real lash artist, which I ended up having to do anyway from removal and reapplication.

I scheduled while getting my nails done for the next day and the very first issue is that I arrived at 3:15 pm , the time of my appointment and the lash application didn't start until close to 4pm.

The woman who applied my lashes was on the phone most of the time while applying my lashes. She apologized and said it was because she had placed an order, but most of the calls she got didn't sound at all as so. She was on the phone with a man and the conversation seemed casual. I imagine she had received at least 6 or more calls while doing my lashes. Her phone was ringing constantly and instead of paying attention to the lash application which is an extremely detailed job, she kept on answering her phone.

Now let's talk about the actual lash job she did. Terrible. Right from the get go, I knew that I didn't like the lashes. They looked messy and cheap. Not to mention that i kept feeling the glue poke me in the eyes. It was SO uncomfortable. I quickly realized that I needed to go to a real professional for a removal.

The lash artist that did the removal was astounded by the amount of glue that was used on my lashes. She kept the big blobs of glue on the side to show me at the end of the process.

Please do not go to these people for eyelash extensions. Personally because of my experience I will never go back even for nails.

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I always not look my best when I go in to get my nails done , but I work in the service industry so I’m always kind and very sure to leave a good tip when I get my nails done. I must have looked too bummy today because when I went in I asked for a full set and there was three employees and one just sitting there doing nothing . They stared me and my sister down and when we asked to get serviced all we got was “l don’t have time?” I’m sorry you don’t have time to do your job ? Or do you mean come back later . It was clear we weren’t welcomed as there was no follow up sentence “come back in 15 minutes” or anything like that … I understand times are tough and maybe they were understaffed . But the funny thing is I’ve been in before with full make up and I was serviced right away even as a walk in. Funny enough three more girls walked in after me and were serviced I’m sure they must’ve had appointments I hope that was the case . Anyways never going back . Xtreme nails is a good salon I recommend it, they don’t stereotype people and their employees are efficient and nice . Their nails are also off the wall very amazing work . Never going back to this place . Sad I ever gave...

I just made an appointment for 3pm today to get all services. The guy on the phone was very professional and polite about asking which services I needed. I will give a full review after my appointment. I’ve seen some bad reviews but also some extremely good reviews. I’ll make a recommendation after my appointment and hope everything is positive.. Hey guys I’m done and I’m in love with my nail technician Annie she did an absolutely amazing job on my feet. IT WAS THE MASSAGE FOR ME !!! She made love to my legs and feet like no man has done! I would go back just for the massage alone. Keep up the good work Then there’s Sophie who did my nails and lashes and brows. Again service was impeccable. She gave me advice on how to take care of my lashes and natural nails. Also on my follow or touch up visits are at a discount prices. So ladies and gentlemen it’s a 5 star thumbs up for me. The guy on the phone was so funny in person Andy you get all the stars.I got the works dipped natural mani pedi natural lashes extensions and waxed brows less the $200!
