DD is awesome! Love her to bits ❤️. She's really good at creating design or if you bring her a picture she will do what's in the picture and even make it better haha. Within her abilities of course. I've been coming here since 2017 for my nails and toes, I won't go anywhere else. I usually spend 100 to 140 or more, sometimes less depending on what i want (I get my nails done with acrylic, color powder designs/toes done with designs and gems sometimes, sugar scrub, massage) this price is plus tips. I highly recommend DD and David they are my favorite, everyone there dose a good job still, i just like talking to DD and David haha always a good time. The business dose walk-ins but you will be waiting for a while (depending on the time you come in and what day) I would come early (when they open) on a day that you don't have anything to do. I like coming on Fridays after I get off work which is around 3:30pm, they don't get busy till the later hours on that day. I had a removal, a new full set of acrylics and a pedicure. Thi did my pedicure. She was great. I did a French Tip pedicure at the Deluxe Level $50. The massage was nice and needed. Nail- a removal of 7 older nails. I didn’t get her name but she was very gentle with the removal. I requested a new ombré set with coffin ⚰️ tips. The tips came out more square than coffin. I prefer my acrylic on the thinner side- these ones are thicker than my preference. She burned two of my cuticles and was apologetic. After burning me it seem like she just wanted me to leave and rushed. The nails were $72.00. I don’t know if I was charged for the removal. Total cost was $122.00 and a $16 tip for $138.00. We arrived at 1:00 PM and left at 3:20 PM. Overall environment - shop is well staffed and can handle large parties and a rush. The staff was serious and when they weren’t busy they had a tendency to sit on the pedicure chairs w/o shoes on. It gives the appearance the shop is busy. I came here because all my coworkers come here and I’ve heard a lot of good things about it. I arrived and asked for a soak off, and a gel polish manicure. The first lady they had put me with was really rough and was prying off my fake nail from my real nail. It hurt and I guess because I was complaining or making faces. They switched me to the second person. She proceeded to tell me how my cuticles were really bad, and I needed to have a manicure. The nail tech nails were digging into the side of my fingers, and it was hurting me. She shaped my left hand into a square mind you she didn’t even ask me What shape I wanted. She tired to shaped my right hand into squares. But the length was too small because the other lady ripped off my real nails while she was prying off the fake nails. I always go to AK nails I should’ve just went there on the first.
