This was my 3rd and FINAL time going there. My last visit I explained to the gentleman owner/manager that if I was going to pay for the additional callous remover $5 cost, that i wanted it on there long enough and done well, not rushed. Well when i sat down and had my pedicure done it WAS rushed (the place was almost empty maybe one other customer in there at the time--no reason to be rushed) and the lady barely had the solution sitting on my foot for no more than a minute before she scrubbed away and she didn't even apply it to my heal where it needed the most attention. Frustrated, I just wanted to pay and get out. Pedicure AND manicure and I was done in less than an hour, would you say that is rushed?...I consider it is! Very disappointed. They are friendly and the facility is nice but what's the point if you can't leave happy or they don't have the ability to listen to what is important to the client. Wasted money will find salon elsewhere. I went here because it was conveniently close to home and had a fairly decent experience the first time around. Second time I was not thrilled, and that's why I was specific on the 3rd time to tell them exactly what I wanted, but still not better or didn't honor my request even though they acknowledged my request with "sure no problem" response to me. I wouldn't recommend. They lost my business.

ps: I heard the other customer telling her nail tech too that she wanted things corrected and she had to tell her over and over again, it's like they don't really care about the customers happiness, they just want the money...

It was my first visit with this salon and I went in for a gel manicure to test a design I am hoping to get for my upcoming wedding. Unfortunately, my experience was not great. I showed the nail tech the Pinterest design attached to this review. I had grown my nails out for weeks for this planned manicure. She filed my nails down to the almond shape and asked if it was okay, then I asked her to shorten then a bit. She then used the nail clippers on the tips and cut them very short preventing the ability to recreate the almond shape due to the shortness of my nails at this point. She proceeded to cut my cuticle which did not stop bleeding for a while. Then, when painting my nails she was not painting all the way to the edge so I voiced this concern and after multiple mentions of this she sent me to another nail tech to completely remove the gel on all my nails and start over.
